Sacred Sounds in Ubud, Indonesia

Friends know that I have visited Bali quite often and usually stay a lot longer than the average week or two.
The most important reason why I love to spend winter months in Ubud is because of the great amount of healing practices. There's a reason why they say "let Ubud do the healing for you".
Most healing practices that I have participated are using sound, music and dance, because that's my thing.
So that's also what I'll be listing in this opiniated overview, which based on my own personal experiences and definitely not compleet. As I'm sure Ubud and Bali have much more to offer than what I have found so far.

Experience Sound Healing

• Pyramids of Chi
  My very first sound healing experience ever was a gong bath in 2017 at the Pyramids of Chi.
  The effect of the gong vibrations left a really deep impression, so this place will always remain special to me.
  Today, the Pyramids of Chi also hosts Light, Sound & Vibration journeys on gently rocking waterbeds and “ancient sound healing” sessions, as well as a range of other healing practices like Breathwork, Ice baths, Kundalini Meditation, Qi Gong, Hypnotherapy, etc

  This is the training I'm currently following (I finished module 1 and I'm preparing for module 2)
  I would definitely recommend it, as Shervin has over 15 years of experience as a soundhealing facilitator and an an international award-winning music artist.
